Consulting -- The key to success in any strategic initiative is, first, to identify and understand the organization's goals and objectives associated with the initiative. The goals and objectives ultimately form the context of the question or challenge to be resolved. Without the right question, we will not work toward the proper answer. From there, we use a tried-and-true, 4 stage strategic planning process:

Throughout the process, Wexford Run consultants provide hands-on, executive level expertise and implementations.

Contracting -- When clients need an extra pair of hands, Wexford Run provides experienced practitioners to assist with various tasks associated with strategic planning, marketing and product management. We clarify the tasks and deliverables up front, to minimize time to completion and to optimize customer satisfaction. We are flexible to use customer-provided templates and methods, or customer-approved versions of our own.

Training -- Wexford Run's training methods combine academic content with field-proven experiences and insights to meet course objectives. Workshops are developed to empower clients with the knowledge, processes and context to perform the associated activities on their own. Training is offered to individuals or groups on-site. Workshops are provided on tried-and-true topics, methods, and tools so they can improve their capabilities, efficiency and leadership.
